At Kailis' Fish Market Cafe in Perth, you can find this, um, interesting flavor that was created by two Italian flavor scientists. Luckily, it doesn't taste like fish and chips, and there's nothing fishy about it. It's got just a tiny hint of saltiness and crunch from the fried bits, but other than that, expect a sweet finish.
