Serves 4
- 3/4 lb linguine
- 3 cups broccoli florets
- 8 slices of cured ham (can sub deli ham, if necessary)
- 1/2 cup shaved parmesan
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt & freshly cracked black pepper to taste
- 1 jar of store-bought arrabbiata sauce (or homemade, about 14 oz. or 1 3/4 cups)
