- 1 large bag of mini marshmallows (I think it’s about 16.5 ounces)
- 1/4 cup of shortening
- 2 lbs of powdered sugar
- 2 T of water
- 1 tsp. of any CLEAR extract you want to flavor your fondant with. I’ve used mint, butter, and almond in the past.
- Microwavable bowl
- Spatula
- Plastic wrap
