Pork chops in mushroom gravy with mashed potatoes
- 4 pork chops (bone in)
- 1 cube of vegeta (chicken broth)
- 1 Spanish onion
- 2 lbs of white whole mushrooms
- 5 large potatoes
- 3 teaspoons of extra virgin olive oil
- 1 rounded teaspoon of salt
- 1 rounded tablespoon of flour
- 1 table spoon of margarine
- 100ml of milk
- 2 cups of water

- Large can of Hunts tomato sauce with four cheeses

- A brick if marble cheese
