White Chocolate Raisinet Cookies

Combine flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon in a small bowl
- 11/4 cup white or whole wheat flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3/4 tsp ground cinnmon
- 1 cup butter softened
- 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 large eggs
- 3 cups quick or old fashioned oats
- 1 cup milk chocolate raisinets
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
Salted Caramel Shortbread

Line an 8×8 pan with parchment paper, leaving some hanging over the sides to make removal easier
- for the shortbread layer:
- 10 tbsp unsalted butter, at room temperature
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 egg yolk
- 1-2/3 cups flour
- for the caramel:
- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup light brown sugar
- 3/4 cup light corn syrup
- 2 tsp sea salt, plus more for sprinkling on top
- 4 tbsp sugar
- 4 tbsp heavy cream
- 1-1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Chocolate Chip Salted Caramel Cookie Bars

Preheat oven to 325 degrees F
- 2 1/8 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 12 tablespoons butter, melted and cooled to room temperature
- 1 cup light brown sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 large egg yolk
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 cups chocolate chips
- 10 ounces caramel candy squares, unwrapped
- 3 tablespoons heavy cream
- Sea salt, for sprinkling over caramel and bars

- 3 cups white sugar
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 4 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

- 1 teaspoon salt

Cinnamon Rolls

- Dough:
- 1/4 -ounce package yeast
- 1/2 cup warm water
- 1/2 cup scalded milk
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup butter or shortening
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 egg
- 3 1/2 to 4 cups all-purpose flour
- Filling:
- 1/2 cup melted butter, plus more for pan
- 3/4 cup sugar, plus more for pan
- 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
- 3/4 cup raisins, walnuts, or pecans, optional
Mocha Cheesecake Bars

Place cookies in a food processor
- 25 reduced-fat Oreo cookies,
- 3 tablespoons fat-free hot fudge ice cream topping
- 3 tablespoons butter, melted
- FILLING:
- 1 envelope unflavored gelatin
- 1/2 cup cold strong brewed coffee
- 2 packages (8 ounces each) reduced-fat cream cheese
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 cup (8 ounces) reduced-fat sour cream
- 3 ounces bittersweet chocolate, melted and cooled
- 24 chocolate-covered coffee beans, optional
Dark Chocolate Mousse

- 14 ounces cold heavy cream
- 3 large egg whites

- Shaved bittersweet chocolate, for garnish, optional
