Creamy Rice and Chicken

Par boil the chicken breasts
- Chicken Breasts (2 or 3)
- Rice (1 Cup)
- Sour cream (6 Oz)
- Cheese (1/2 cup)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Nana's Apple Crisp

Preheat oven to 375. Mix apples with cinnamon, melted butter and sugar
- 5-6 peeled apples
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/3 C sugar
- 1/3 C melted butter
- TOPPING:
- 1 C flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 egg
- 1/2 C sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
Mama's Chicken Casserole

Preheat oven to 325 Cook chicken how you like it, then shred
- 4 chicken breasts
- 8 oz sour cream
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 sleeve round butter crackers
Snickerdoodles

Mix all ingredients
- 1 cup shortening
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 2 3/4 cups flour
- 2 teaspoons cream of tartar
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons of sugar, 2 teaspoons of cinnamon to roll them in
Pizza Dip

- 24 oz cream cheese
- 10 3/4 oz can cream of chicken
- 1 lb pepperoni, cut up
