Taco Dip

Spread the softened cream cheese in the bottom of a 10 inch pie plate or casserole dish Spread chili over the top
- 1 8 ounce package of cream cheese softened
- 1 10 1/2 ounce can of chili without beans
- 1 medium onion finely chopped (optional)
- 1 1/2 cups of diced green, orange, red or yellow peppers
- 1 8 ounce package of montrey jack shredded cheese
- Tortilla Chips
Omlete Bake

Mix all ingredients in a greased casserole dish and bake for 30 to 40 minutes at 350 degrees
- 1 1/2 cups of cubed french bread
- 1 1/2 cups diced ham
- 4 ounces grated cheddar cheese
- 1 1/2 tablespoons of flour
- 1/2 teaspoon of dry mustard
- 4 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups of milk

- 1/4 cup of flour
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of pepper
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup milk
- 2 cups canned or cooked chicken
