Bread Pudding

Place cubed bread in a deep container with the milk to soften bread
- 3 loaves of French bread
- 3 eggs
- 1 can evaporated milk
- 1 stick butter
- 3 tablespoons of sugar
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- Milk enough to cover the bread
Cheese Fondue

Rub inside of 4 quart pot with garlic, and discard
- 1/2 pound Swiss style cheese shredded
- 1/2 pound Kraft Philadelphia Triple cheddar Shredded Cheese
- 1 garlic clove halved optional
- 1 cup dry white wine
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Pumpkin Bread

Serve with Cream cheese or butter warm or room temperature for a great snack or dessert
- 1 small can of pumpkin
- 1 cup oil
- 4 eggs
- 2 cups sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3 teaspoons baking powder
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 3 cups flour
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
Caca Cola Cake

Sift flour and sugar into a large bowl
- 2 cups flour unsifted
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 cup butter
- 1 cup coca cola
- 2 tablespoons cocoa
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon soda
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 cups miniature marshmallows
- ICING:
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/3 cup cocoa cola
- 2 tablespoons cocoa
- 1 pound box of powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Fudge

Spray and 8 inch square pan with pam baking spray
- 1/2 cup corn syrup
- 1/3 cup evaporated milk
- 2 packages Baker's Semi Sweet Baking chocolate
- 3/4 cup powdered sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1 cup hopped pecans optional
Missouri Mudhens

Cream butter and 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2 cups brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 eggs separated
- 1 1/2 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 cup coconut
- 1 cup nuts
- 1 cup brown sugar
Baked Cream Cheese

- 1 4oz package crescent dinner rolls
- 1 8oz package cream cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon dill weed or minced onions or pineapple cinnamon
- 1 egg yolk beaten
Chili Cheese dip

- 1 15oz can Chili with no beans
- 1 16oz package pasteurized prepared Cheddar cheese product, cut into cubes
Beer Cheese Fondue

- 1 1/2 cup Beer
- 2 tablespoons Butter
- 1 pound Aged cheddar cheese shredded
- 1/2 teaspoon Cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon Dry mustard
- Salt and Pepper to taste

- 1 box vanilla wafers 12oz crushed
- 1 stick butter (mix and spread in pan)
- 3 sliced bananas
- 1 can condensed milk
- 1/3 cup lemon
- 1 can crushed pineapple 15oz drained
- 1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix
- 2 cups milk
- 1 tub Cool Whip Topping thawed
