Jalepeno Popper Dip

Mix all the ingredients up and put into a 9-inch round dish
- 2 8oz plugs cream cheese
- 2 cups shredded Colby Monterey Jack Cheese
- 1 bunch green onions chopped
- 2 4oz cans chopped jalapenos
Watermelon and Tomato Salad

Place all ingredients, except for the salt, in a bowl and toss together until combined
- 2 cups Heirloom tomatoes diced
- 2 cups watermelon pink part diced
- 1/4 cup pine nuts toasted
- 1 tsp fresh mint minced
- 1 tsp fresh basil minced
- Pinch of salt
Impossible Pie

Place milk, coconut, eggs, vanilla, flour, butter and sugar in a blender
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup shredded coconut
- 4 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup all purpose flour
- 8 Tbsp butter
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg

- 1 Graham cracker crust
- 2 8oz plugs cream cheese
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 3 Tbsp cocoa
- 1/2 bottle red food coloring
- 16 oz sour cream

- 1 box Chocolate cake mix
- 1 14oz can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 8oz jar caramel topping
- 4 or 5 Butterfinger candy bars crushed
- 1 8oz pkg cream cheese
- 12oz tub Cool Whip
