- Avocado - 2(Chopped)
- Red Onion - 1/2(Chopped)
- Tomato - 1(Chopped)
- Jalapeno Peppers/ Green Chilly - 1 (Minced)
- Lemon - 1/2
- Salt - to taste
- Pepper - 1/4 tsp
- Cilantro - handful (chopped)
Tuna Pasta

1. In a deep pan heat water and bring it to a boil
- Pasta - 2 cups
- Tuna fish - 1 can (I have used 6 oz can of tuna)
- Water - 5 cups
- Chopped onions - ¼ cup (Finely chopped)
- Tomatoes- ¼ cup (finely chopped)
- Ginger-garlic paste - 1 tsp
- Green chilli- 1 (finely chopped)
- Chilli powder/ hot sauce - 1 tsp
- Garam masala - ¼ tsp
- Oil- 2 tsp
- Salt- to taste
- Coriander leaves- for garnishing
Broccoli paratha

This paratha is a small variation to the traditional parathas
- Ingredients
- Whole Wheat flour - 1 cup
- All purpose flour - 1 cup
- Broccoli - 1 bunch
- Onion - 1/2 (minced)
- Garlic - 1 clove (minced)
- Green chillies - 2
- Garam masala - a pinch
- Turmeric powder - a pinch
- Carom seeds or bishop's weed (Ajwain) - 1/2 tsp
- Salt - to taste
- Oil - for making parathas
Chicken and Bean Buritto

Burrito is a mexican dish which can be very easily made to suit our indian flavour and taste
- Ingredients
- Chicken breasts (boneless skinless) - 2
- Tortilla - 4
- Beans - 2 cups (any beans soaked and cooked)
- Seasoning mix* - 2 tblsp (chilly powder, corriander powder, garam masala)
- Tomato - 1
- Salsa - 3 tblsp
- Cheese - as needed
- Sour cream - for garnish
- Cilantro - for garnish
- Green Chillies - 2-3 (for garnish)
- Oil - 1 tblsp

- Sliced/Crushed Almonds - 1/2 cup

- Green Chillies - 2-3 (chopped)
- Turmeric Powder - 1/4 tsp
- Garam Masala - 1/2 tsp
- Mustard Seeds - 1/2 tsp
- Cumin Seeds - 1/2 tsp
- Fenugreek Seeds - 1/4 tsp
- Curry Leaves - 1 spring
- Coconut milk diluted with water - 2 cups
- Lemon Juice - 2 tblsp
- Cilantro - handful (finely chopped)
- Oil - 2 tblsp
- Salt - as needed
Oats soup

Oats soup is one of the most easiest way of getting oats into your daily diet
- Oats - 1 cup
- Onion- half ( finely chopped)
- Green Chilly - 1 (finely chopped)
- Garlic - 1 clove (minced)

- Water- 1 cup
- Milk - 1 cup

Carrot halwa

- Evaporated milk - 1/2 cup(4 oz)
- Sugar - 3/4 - 1 cup
- Cardomom powder - 1/4 tsp
- Nuts - as needed
- Ghee - 2 tblsp
Mushroom cutlet

Can be used as Mushroom Patties, Mushroom Burger, Mushroom Hot dogs, Mushroom Koftas
- Mushroom – 1 lb (finely chopped)
- Potato – 1 big (cubed)
- Mixed Vegetables - 1 cup (finely chopped) - You can use vegetables like carrots, beans, peas, corn, spinach etc.. have used only spinach and mushrooms to make the cutlets.
- Onion - 1/4 (finely chopped)
- Garlic - 2 clove (minced)
- Green chilli - 1(finely chopped)
- Red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
- Garam masala powder - 1/4 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp

- Bread crumbs – 1 cup (for coating)

Homemade Granola

- Quaker Oats - 2 cups
- Peanuts - 1/2 cup
- Cashew nuts - 1/2 cup
- Almond - 1/2 cup
- Sunflower seeds - 1/2 cup
- Raisins - 1/2 cup
- Cinnamon Powder - 1 tsp
- Maple syrup - 1/2 cup (Also you can use Honey or Date syrup)
- Vanilla Extract - 1 tsp
- Dried fruit - 1/2 cup (Cherries, Apple, etc)
- Vegetable oil - 1/4 cup.
