Lemon pepper chicken

Yummy in every bite!
- Chicken Breast - 2 (You can use drumsticks too)
- Freshly ground pepper - 1 tblsp (or as per taste)
- Lemon - 2
- Salt - as needed
- Oil - 1 tsp
- Turmeric Powder - 1/4 tsp
- Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
- Cilantro - handful

- Lemon juice -1 tblsp
- For tossing:
- Bell pepper (colored ) -1 cup (sliced lengthwise)

- Chilli sauce - 1 tblsp or to taste

- Black gram - 1/2 cup
- Fennugreek seeds - 1 tsp

Chicken tikka kebab

1.Mix all the ingredients under marination except chicken and veggies to form a paste
- Chicken Breast/ Boneless Chicken -1 lb(cut into bite size pieces)
- Onion, Coloured Bell Peppers,Tomato (diced) - 1 cup (optional)
- Salt - 1 tsp
- Cayenne pepper - 1 tsp
- Chilli flakes - 1/2 tsp
- Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
- Coriander powder - 1/2 tsp
- Turmeric - 1/4 tsp
- Yogurt - 1 Cup
- Cashew nuts - 2 tbsp (crushed)
- Lemon -1/2 (juiced)
- Cilantro (finely chopped) - 2 tbsp
- Red color - few drops(optional)
- Oil - 1 tblsp
Homemade KFC

1.Mix each coating ingredients in seperate bowls
- Coating-1
- All purpose Flour-1/2 Cup
- Coating-2
- Eggs (beaten) - 2
- Milk - 1 1/2 cups
- Soy sauce - 1/2 tsp.
- Knorr chicken bouillon - 1 tsp.
- Freshly chopped parsley - 1 tbsp.
- Garlic (minced) - 2 large cloves
- Coating-3
- All purpose flour - 1 cup
- Fine bread crumbs - 3/4 cup
- Salt - 1/2 tsp.
- Garlic powder - 1/2 tsp. (not salt)
- Onion powder - 1/4 tsp. (not salt)
- Paprika - 1/2 tsp.
- Black pepper - 2 tsp.
- Frying
- Cooking oil - 5-6 cups
- Chicken - 2 lb (cut in pieces)
Vegetable patties

1. Take the boiled potatoes and vegetables in a mixing bowl
- Potatoes – 2 medium (boiled and mashed)
- Mixed Vegetables – 1.5 cups (like green peas, carrots, green beans, corn, etc)
- Paneer – 3-4oz
- Onions – 1/4 medium (finely chopped or grated)
- Ginger & Garlic - 1 tblsp (minced)
- Green Chillies – 2 (finely chopped)
- Cilantro (Coriander leaves) – 2 tblsp (finely chopped)
- Chopped Cashews - 2 tblsp
- Lemon Juice – 2 tsp
- Red Chilli Powder – 1/2 tsp or to taste
- Roasted Cumin Powder – 1/2 tsp
- Salt – to taste
- Maida - 2 tblsp (for coating the cutlets)
- Bread Crumbs – about 1 cup (for coating the cutlets)
- Oil – for frying
- Preparation Steps
- 1. Boil the potatoes and drain them immediately to prevent them from absorbing lot of water. Peel and mash it and keep aside.
- 2. Finely chop or grate the other vegetables. You can also chop in a food processor.
- 3. Boil the other vegetables too. You can do it in the microwave or stove top. Squeeze out as much water as possible from the vegetables. This is very essential in making good cutlets.
- 4. Heat oil in a pan and saute the onions and ginger garlic paste for few minutes. This step is optional and removes the raw flavour in the onions and garlic.
- 5. Make a very thin batter with the maida and water. Keep it ready to dip the cutlets.
- 6. Spread the breadcrumbs also in a plate to coat the cutlets before frying.

- Garam Masala - 1/2 tsp
- Shallot Onion - 1 (finely chopped)
- Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp
- Oil - 2 tblsp
- Lemon Juice - from 1 lemon (2 tblsp)
