Memaw's Spam,String beans & potatoes

A old time recipe passed down
- 1 can of Spam
- 4-6 medium potatoes peeled and cubed
- 2 cans of cut green beans
- 1 small onion chopped
- 1 Tbs vinegar
Pistachio Cake

- 1 yellow cake mix
- 2 regular boxes Pistachio pudding
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 1 cup ginger ale
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 8oz cool whip
Red Beet eggs

In a big Jar or bowl add all ingredients
- 1 can red beets
- 1 can water
- 1 dozen hard boiled eggs shelled
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup vinegar
Uncle Greg's chicken

- 4 chicken breast
- 1 can crew of mushroom soup
- 1 8oz sour cream
- 1 box stove top stuffing
- 1 cup broth
- 1/2 stick butter
Cucumbers in Sour cream

Peel and slice thin the cucumber
- 3 Cucumbers
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 Tbs lemon juice
- 2 Tbs minced parsley
- 3 Tbs chopped chives
- 1 1/2 tsp each salt & pepper
