- 1c white sugar
- 1c mayonnaise
- 1c milk
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 4 tbsp. cocoa

- 2 c flour
- 3 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 c shortening
- 1 1/4 c sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 c milk
- SAUCE:
- 1 c brown sugar
- 1 tbsp. flour
- 1/2 c milk
