Health Mix Laddu , a healthier and tasty Indian sweet
- Health Mix Powder – 1 ½ cup
- Ghee – 2 tbsp
- Cashews & raisins – as needed
- Salt – a generous pinch
- Cardamom powder – ½ tsp(powdered)
- To make syrup:
- Jaggery (Vellam) – ¾ cup (Powdered)
- Water 1 cup
Mint chaas

Mint chaas is the best coolant summer recipe
- Mint – Handful(1/4 cup-tightly packed)
- Thick Curd – 1 cup
- Green chilli – 1 no
- Ginger – 1 inch piece
- Chaat powder – ¼ tsp
- Salt – ¼ tsp or as required
- Chilled Water - ½ cup
Tomato Lemonade

- Tomato – ¼ kg or 10 nos(red and pulpy)
- Sugar - 5 tbsp or as needed
- Lemon juice – 5 tbsp
- Sugar cubes as needed
- Water – as needed
