  • 1 1/2 Cup Flour
  • 1/4 tsp Backing powder
  • 2 Cups Water
  • 1 XL Egg
  • 1 1/2 tsp Vinegar
  • 1 TBSP Oil
  • (to taste) Salt

Step 1

Sift dry ingredients together.
Make hole in middle.
Mix water, egg, vinegar and oil together and add immediately to dry ingredients.
Mix on med to high setting till no lumps left.
Let stand for 1/2 hour

Step 2

Use a very smooth frying pan. Heat about a TBS of oil on medium heat.
Throw in thin layer of Mix and flip over in air.

Mix before using.
Add more water if needed.(not too much)
