Losing weight without dieting, these are the 7 best FATKILLER FOODS

,
Gourmandize

We all secretly want our excess pounds to melt off by themselves. In any case, these foods make that a bit easier. Rather than strictly dieting and meticulously counting calories, it can sometimes help to simply incorporate more foods into our diet that will positively impact our fat burning and metabolism.

1. Water

Water can help us lose weight because it provides the whole body with sufficient fluid and thus gets it going. It is also believed that water stimulates the sympathetic nervous system, which regulates the metabolism. Often people also confuse thirst with hunger, so they eat and consume unnecessary calories, when a glass of water would have done the trick.

2. Green tea

The phytochemicals in tea (polyphenols) improve the fat utilization in the body. In addition, green tea can aid the body in detoxifying and also contains no calories.

3. Chili

The capsaicin in the chili boosts metabolism and raises body temperature, which results in extra burned calories

4. Cinnamon

Cinnamon is the slimming spice par excellence. It contains fiber that aids digestion and is an excellent mineral source for potassium, calcium, manganese, iron and magnesium. In addition, cinnamon has a positive effect on our blood sugar levels by improving the insulin action on our cells, which helps us lose weight and protects us from cravings. In addition, cinnamon lowers blood glucose levels.

5. Legumes

Foods like lentils and beans help against cravings, as the carbohydrates contained in them slowly release into the blood. So, due to the consistent blood sugar levels, we usually stay full for longer. In addition, legumes contain many proteins that have a positive effect on our metabolism.

6. Grapefruit

The bitter substances in the grapefruit lead fats directly where they are burned. They help us lose weight by counteracting fat deposits in unwanted areas.

7. Almonds

Almonds last for a long time and have virtually no effect on our blood sugar level. The fat they contain cannot be stored easily. Instead, the good fats in these nuts have a positive effect on our cardiovascular system. A handful of almonds will always be good!
