Where is it? Santiago de Compostela, north west Spain
Located in the Castiñeiriño neighbourhood, Paz Nogueira is the oldest restaurant in the area, and has been passed down from generation to generation. Originally, it hosted bull fights (!) before becoming a popular venue for celebratory events such as weddings and christenings.
Today, it has seven dining rooms and its speciality is regional cuisine, from fresh seafood to top-quality Galician meat. Mmm!
