This dish is probably the quickest and most simple way to prepare a pasta dish. Not only that, it's deliciously creamy and super comforting on a cold day. It's the perfect meal for the end of the month if you're scrimping a little! Here's how to make it:
Ingredients (for 4 people):
6 oz. spaghetti
3 tbsp butter
1 tbsp black pepper
3/4 cup Parmesan
3/4 cup Pecorino
In a bowl, mix the cheese. Grind over the black pepper and mix again.
Cook the spaghetti al dente and remove from the pot using tongs (as opposed to a collinder) and place on top of the cheese and pepper mix.
Mix all the ingredients together, adding 2 tbsp of the pasta cooking water. Mix again and season with extra salt and pepper (and cheese!) if desired.
