Oakberry and Kapowder teamed up this year to give festival-goers a healthy option to refuel and keep dancing the night away. Here’s how to recreate this tasty treat at home. Feel free to get creative with toppings you already have in your pantry!

Ingredients (for 1 bowl):

Smoothie Base

  • 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 cup frozen bananas
  • 1/4 cup frozen blueberries
  • 2 tbsp goji berries
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1/2 cup almond milk (or any milk of your choice)

Suggested Toppings

  • Granola
  • Cocoa nibs
  • Honey
  • Sliced whole fruits (such as bananas, strawberries, or blueberries)
  • Coconut flakes
  • Peanut butter (drizzled)
  • Chia seeds

Instructions:

  1. In a blender, combine the frozen strawberries, frozen bananas, frozen blueberries, goji berries, vanilla protein powder, and almond milk. Blend until smooth and creamy. Adjust the consistency by adding more almond milk if needed.
  2. Pour the smoothie base into a bowl.
  3. Sprinkle granola, cocoa nibs, and chia seeds over the smoothie base. Drizzle honey and peanut butter on top for extra sweetness and flavor.
