Camembert with cranberries is flavorful and nutritious. This quick dish is perfect for a cozy evening. And the salad ensures you get your vitamins. If you prefer, you can use lamb's lettuce instead of arugula.
Ingredients (serves 4)
4 Camemberts for baking
8 cups arugula
1 lemon
6 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp liquid honey
1 tsp medium mustard
1 cup cranberries
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Fry the Camemberts with a bit of fat in a pan.
Wash and dry the arugula, then distribute it on four plates.
Squeeze the lemon and mix the juice with olive oil, honey, and mustard. Season with salt and pepper, then drizzle over the salad.
Heat the cranberries to your taste.
Arrange the Camemberts on the salad and serve with the cranberries.
