Grilled Peaches with Honey and Marscapone

Ingredients (for 4 servings):

  • 4 ripe peaches, halved and pitted
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ cup mascarpone cheese
  • 2 tbsp honey, plus more for serving
  • Fresh mint (optional, for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat grill to medium heat and lightly oil the grates.
  2. Brush peach halves with olive oil.
  3. Grill cut-side down for 4–5 minutes, until char marks appear.
  4. Top with a spoonful of mascarpone and a drizzle of honey.
