Smore's Dip

This fun twist on a campfire classic is built for sharing. Layers of graham crackers, chocolate, and marshmallows are melted together into one gooey, crunchy, crowd-pleasing skillet dessert. Pass around spoons or just dive in with fingers because it’s that good!

Ingredients (for 6–8 servings):

  • 10 graham crackers, broken into pieces
  • 3 cups large marshmallows
  • 1 cup chocolate chips or chunks
  • Optional: peanut butter cups, banana slices

Instructions:

  1. Layer graham cracker pieces in a cast iron skillet.
  2. Sprinkle evenly with chocolate and top with marshmallows.
  3. Grill over indirect heat with the lid closed for 10–12 minutes, until melted and golden.
  4. Serve warm with spoons.
