Grilling brings out the deep, sweet-tart flavor of fresh plums. When halved and charred on the grill, they become a sophisticated dessert that’s still incredibly easy. Try servings them with soft cheese or over vanilla yogurt!
Ingredients (for 4 servings):
4 ripe plums, pitted and quartered
1 tbsp olive oil
¼ cup balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp honey
Instructions:
Halve the plums and brush with oil.
Grill over medium heat for 5–6 minutes, turning once.
Simmer balsamic and honey until syrupy, about 5 minutes.
