Grilled Summer Desserts Everyone Will Be Talking About

Grilled Plums 

Grilling brings out the deep, sweet-tart flavor of fresh plums. When halved and charred on the grill, they become a sophisticated dessert that’s still incredibly easy. Try servings them with soft cheese or over vanilla yogurt!

Ingredients (for 4 servings):

  • 4 ripe plums, pitted and quartered
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • ¼ cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tbsp honey

Instructions:

  1. Halve the plums and brush with oil.
  2. Grill over medium heat for 5–6 minutes, turning once.
  3. Simmer balsamic and honey until syrupy, about 5 minutes.
  4. Drizzle over plums and serve warm.
