These crescent rolls look impressive but are incredibly simple thanks to store-bought dough. Flavored with fresh rosemary, garlic, and a golden butter glaze, they bake up crisp on the outside and soft on the inside. They’re a perfect choice when you want a stunning side with minimal prep.
Ingredients (for 8 rolls):
1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough
2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
1 clove garlic, finely minced
1 tsp fresh rosemary, chopped (plus extra sprigs for garnish)
Pinch of salt
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Unroll crescent dough and separate into 8 triangles.
In a small bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, chopped rosemary, and a pinch of salt.
Roll each triangle into a crescent and place on the baking sheet.
Brush tops with the garlic butter mixture and top with rosemary sprigs.
Bake for 10–12 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm.
