,
Gourmandize

These crescent rolls look impressive but are incredibly simple thanks to store-bought dough. Flavored with fresh rosemary, garlic, and a golden butter glaze, they bake up crisp on the outside and soft on the inside. They’re a perfect choice when you want a stunning side with minimal prep.

Ingredients (for 8 rolls):

  • 1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 clove garlic, finely minced
  • 1 tsp fresh rosemary, chopped (plus extra sprigs for garnish)
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Unroll crescent dough and separate into 8 triangles.
  3. In a small bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, chopped rosemary, and a pinch of salt.
  4. Roll each triangle into a crescent and place on the baking sheet.
  5. Brush tops with the garlic butter mixture and top with rosemary sprigs.
  6. Bake for 10–12 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm.
