Ingredients (for 1 galette, or 6-8 servings):
1 store-bought pie crust
6 fresh figs, sliced
2 tbsp honey
1 tbsp chopped pistachios or walnuts
1 egg (for egg wash)
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Arrange figs on the crust center, and drizzle with honey.
Fold edges of crust, brush with egg wash.
Sprinkle nuts on top.
Bake 30–35 min. until figs are soft and the crust is golden.
