Made with pureed fruit and no added sugar, these colorful strips are a wholesome throwback to the lunchbox treat. Use fall fruits like apples, pears, or berries for seasonal flair!
Ingredients (for 6-8 roll-ups):
2 cups chopped strawberries (or other seasonal fruit)
1-2 tbsp lemon juice
1-2 tbsp honey (optional)
Instructions:
Puree fruit and lemon juice (plus honey if using) in a blender.
Spread thinly on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Bake at 170°F (or lowest oven setting) for 4-6 hours until no longer sticky.
Let cool, then slice into strips and roll up with parchment.
