Ingredients (for 8 servings):
8 breadsticks or grissini
1 cup mini pretzel sticks
8 fresh chives or thin rosemary sprigs
½ c dipping sauce (such as hummus, cheese dip, or ranch)
Instructions:
Gather a small bundle of mini pretzel sticks (about 6–8) and place them around the end of a breadstick to resemble broom bristles.
Gently tie a chive or rosemary sprig around the pretzel bundle to secure it.
Repeat with the remaining breadsticks.
Serve the brooms upright in a jar or laid on a platter alongside your favorite dip.
