Ingredients (for 2 servings):
8 oz spaghetti
2 tbsp olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
½ lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
¼ tsp red pepper flakes
Salt and pepper, to taste
Fresh parsley and lemon wedges
Instructions:
Cook spaghetti until al dente; drain.
In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium. Add garlic and red pepper flakes, sauté for 30 seconds.
Add shrimp, cooking 2–3 minutes per side until pink.
