Ingredients (for 2 servings):
6 oz pasta (farfalle or penne)
2 tbsp olive oil
2 cups mixed vegetables (zucchini, bell peppers, peas)
2 cloves garlic, minced
¼ tsp red pepper flakes
Salt, pepper, Parmesan
Instructions:
Cook pasta; drain and set aside.
