Ingredients (for 4 servings):
1 lb ground beef
1 small onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 can diced tomatoes
1 can kidney beans, drained
1 tbsp chili powder
½ tsp cumin
Salt and pepper
Sour cream and cheese, for topping
Instructions:
In a large pot, brown the beef with the onion and garlic. Drain excess fat.
Add tomatoes, beans, and spices. Simmer uncovered for 20 minutes.
