Ingredients (for 4 servings):
1/2 lb sausage links, sliced
2 cups red cabbage, shredded
1 apple, thinly sliced
1/2 small onion, sliced
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions:
Heat oil in a large skillet. Add sausage and cook until browned.
Add onion, apple, and cabbage. Cook 6–8 min., stirring often.
Stir in apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper.
