For the salad:
5 cups baby greens or butter lettuce
2 ripe pears, sliced thin
½ cup pomegranate seeds
¼ cup candied pecans
¼ cup crumbled blue cheese
For the dressing:
2 tbsp white balsamic vinegar
1 tsp honey
¼ cup olive oil
