Ingredients (for 6 servings):
For the salad:
1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and thinly sliced
¼ cup grated Parmesan
½ cup homemade or store-bought croutons, crushed into crumbs
For the dressing:
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp Dijon mustard
2 tbsp lemon juice
? cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
In a large bowl, combine shredded Brussels sprouts and Parmesan.
In another bowl, whisk all dressing ingredients until creamy.
