Ingredients (for 6–8 servings):

For the base:

  • 6 apples, peeled and sliced
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • ½ tsp nutmeg
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

For the topping:

  • ¾ cup rolled oats
  • ½ cup flour
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • ½ cup butter, cold and cut into cubes

Instructions:

  1. Toss apple slices with sugar, spices, and lemon juice. Spread in slow cooker.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine oats, flour, and sugar. Cut in butter until crumbly.
  3. Sprinkle topping over apples.
  4. Cover and cook on HIGH for 2½–3 hours or LOW for 4–5 hours.
