Ingredients (for 6–8 servings):
For the base:
6 apples, peeled and sliced
½ cup brown sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
½ tsp nutmeg
1 tbsp lemon juice
For the topping:
¾ cup rolled oats
½ cup flour
½ cup brown sugar
½ cup butter, cold and cut into cubes
Instructions:
Toss apple slices with sugar, spices, and lemon juice. Spread in slow cooker.
In a separate bowl, combine oats, flour, and sugar. Cut in butter until crumbly.
Sprinkle topping over apples.
