Ingredients (serves 8–10):

For the base:

  • 4 cups mashed sweet potatoes
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg

For the topping:

  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup flour
  • 1/3 cup chopped pecans
  • 3 tbsp softened butter

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9x13 baking dish.
  2. Mix sweet potatoes with sugar, eggs, milk, butter, vanilla, and spices.
