Ingredients (serves 6–8):

  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 4 cups cooked green beans
  • 1 1/3 cups crispy fried onions
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. In a bowl, mix soup, milk, soy sauce, salt, and pepper.
  3. Fold in green beans and 2/3 cup of onions.
  4. Spread into a baking dish and bake for 25 minutes.
  5. Top with remaining onions and bake 5 more minutes, until golden.
