Ingredients (serves 8):
1 double pie crust
6 cups thinly sliced apples (Granny Smith or Honeycrisp)
3/4 cup sugar
2 tbsp flour
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp butter, cut into small pieces
Instructions:
