Simple, creamy, and topped with a dash of paprika, deviled eggs are a retro appetizer that never goes out of style. They’re easy to make ahead and perfect for snacking while the main meal finishes in the oven. Customize with mustard, relish, or herbs for extra flair.

Ingredients (makes 12 halves):

  • 6 large eggs
  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Paprika, for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Boil eggs 10–12 minutes, cool and peel.
  2. Slice in half, remove yolks.
  3. Mix yolks with mayo, mustard, salt, and pepper.
  4. Spoon or pipe filling into whites, sprinkle with paprika.
