Ingredients (makes 12 halves):
6 large eggs
3 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tsp Dijon mustard
Salt and pepper, to taste
Paprika, for garnish
Instructions:
Boil eggs 10–12 minutes, cool and peel.
Slice in half, remove yolks.
Mix yolks with mayo, mustard, salt, and pepper.
Spoon or pipe filling into whites, sprinkle with paprika.
