Ingredients (makes 12 biscuits):

  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup cold butter, cubed
  • 3/4 cup buttermilk

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment.
  2. Mix dry ingredients, cut in butter until crumbly.
  3. Stir in buttermilk until dough forms.
