Ingredients (serves 10–12):
8 cups crumbled cornbread
1/2 cup chopped celery
1 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup melted butter
2 tsp dried sage
2 tsp poultry seasoning
3 cups chicken broth
2 eggs, beaten
Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a large baking dish.
Sauté onion and celery in butter until soft.
Combine with cornbread, seasonings, eggs, and broth.
Pour into dish and bake 40–45 minutes, until golden.
