Ingredients (for 1 medium pizza):
2 cups shredded zucchini
1 egg
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella
1/4 cup grated Parmesan
1/4 tsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 425°F. Squeeze zucchini dry with a towel.
Mix with remaining ingredients and press into a circle on parchment paper.
