These playful reindeer cookies feature peanut butter dough, chocolate pretzel antlers, and candy eyes—perfect for baking with kids. They’re as tasty as they are adorable.
Ingredients (for 18 cookies):
½ cup peanut butter
½ cup butter, softened
½ cup brown sugar
¼ cup granulated sugar
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 ¼ cups all-purpose flour
½ tsp baking soda
Mini pretzels, candy eyes, red candies (for decorating)
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Cream peanut butter, butter, and sugars. Add egg and vanilla, then mix in dry ingredients.
Roll into 1-inch balls, flatten slightly, and bake for 8–10 minutes.
