  • 1 cup pitted Medjool dates
  • 1/2 cup almonds or walnuts
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • Optional: shredded coconut or mini chocolate chips for rolling

Instructions:

  1. Place dates in a food processor and pulse until a sticky paste forms.
