  • 1 1/2 cups pitted Medjool dates
  • 1 1/4 cups rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup almond butter or peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts (e.g., pecans, almonds)
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • Optional: drizzle of dark chocolate on top

Instructions:

  1. Line an 8x8-inch pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a food processor, blend dates until smooth.
  3. Add oats, nut butter, cinnamon, salt, and pulse to combine.
