Ingredients (for 8–10 bars):
1 1/2 cups pitted Medjool dates
1 1/4 cups rolled oats
1/2 cup almond butter or peanut butter
1/4 cup chopped nuts (e.g., pecans, almonds)
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp salt
Optional: drizzle of dark chocolate on top
Instructions:
Line an 8x8-inch pan with parchment paper.
In a food processor, blend dates until smooth.
Add oats, nut butter, cinnamon, salt, and pulse to combine.
Stir in chopped nuts by hand.
Press mixture evenly into the pan.
