  • 1 cup pitted dates
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • Optional: dark chocolate chips

Instructions:

  1. Blend dates, peanut butter, egg, baking soda, and salt until smooth.
  2. Fold in chocolate chips if using.
