Moisturize

Our entire body weight rests on our feet, so the skin there is three to four times thicker than on other places on our body. It's also more susceptible to cracking and dries out more quickly.

To prevent calluses and dehydration, make sure your feet get moisture. Don't forget about them when you're putting on lotion after your shower. For even more effective results, use a special foot cream instead of your regular body lotion. Foot creams are specially designed to give you smooth, delicate feet without cracked spots and dryness.
