Best Potato Salad

The secret in this potato salad is also unsurprisingly—bacon.  Here, one-inch pieces of crispy bacon provide a beautiful crunch (along with diced celery and green pepper) that complements the perfectly tender potatoes.  There are also a couple of tablespoons of bacon drippings whisked into the dressing for good measure.
