What Are Chicken Nuggets Made Of?
Finally, one of the most disturbing factors about these little patties is that they are produced industrially, so ammonia and other toxic products are used in the process. If you take a look at the labels on many chicken nuggets, they often say that the product contains stabilizers, flavorings, and thickeners, and many include carboxymethyl cellulose. This thickener has not yet been investigated fully to verify what effect its consumption could have on humans.

INGREDIENTS:
- 2 chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup of tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup of chives, chopped
- 1 tsp. of Mexican spice mix
- 4 Tortillas
- Cheddar
- Salt, to taste
METHOD:
- Put shredded chicken breast, tomato sauce, chives, and mexican spice mix in a bowl and mix together.
- Lay out the tortillas. Place a slice of cheddar in the center, and cover with the chicken mix.
- Fold up tortillas, and heat in a frying pan until golden.
- Enjoy!
