Grilled Ramen With Peanut Sauce

Before grilling your Ramen noodles, you should marinate the noodle block first. If you're going to add peanut butter to the dish, consider using an Asian-inspired sauce, such as teriyaki, or a Szechuan sauce. Mix sauce and water in equal parts to marinate the block of noodles.

Once the noodles have softened, they're ready for the pan. Make sure you don't over-marinate them to avoid breakage. Cook each side of the block on medium for about three minutes. You'll know they're ready once they are browned and crispy. Serve with peanut sauce on the side for dipping.

Chef Ellie Krieger, of Food Network fame, recommends this recipe for peanut butter sauce. Serve the Ramen noodles with sauteed vegetables, such as baby spinach, mushrooms, meat, seafood or tofu.
