This staple of downtown Savannah was started by brothers Peter, George, and Basil Leopold in 1919 and is now run by Stratton Leopold, Peter's son. For 100 years, Leopold's Ice Cream has served its delicious homemade ice cream recipes, including its original crowd-pleasing favorite, tutti frutti.
